BAILEYS IRISH CREAM 50

Baileys Irish Cream is a famous creamy liqueur created and introduced by Gilbeys of Ireland in 1974. Baileys is the first liqueur made with cream and Irish whiskey, produced from a bacterial fermentation of whey or milk plasma coming from selected Irish cows. Both cream and alcohol obtained from fermentation together with some whiskey are homogenized to form an emulsion that prevents separation of ingredients during storage. After this process the liqueur is then flavored with a secret recipe that includes chocolate, vanilla, caramel and sugar.
